I am just a regular mother of three who went from a size 18 to a size 8. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!

I created this site with YOU in mind.
I was a mom with three very small children.
I was uncomfortably close to outgrowing my size 18 pants.
I had no idea where to start my quest to lose weight.
I was DEFINITELY NOT a Fitness Woman.
Now I am wearing size 8s and still shrinking!

I look back at the changes that have lead me to becoming a Fitness Woman and I am honestly amazed. Not because I am so awesome (I am no more special than you), but that REAL CHANGE can be reached by the normal, the ordinary, and in my case... the fat.
