Aerobic Moves Stomp Box Shuffle
This Free Aerobic moves stomp box shuffle is a v step with some fun twists.
First we take the v step at a half time pace. Be careful of your knees on this move.
For a good modification, take the v step and slow it down to half time. That will put you right where you need to be to jump back in to the routine.
Make sure you drink lots of water before working out. Water is so essential to our bodies for every tiny cellular function, but when we hit the bench (or gym!) we really rely on good hydration to keep our bodies running smoothly.
Don’t forget the all-important warm up and cool down in your workout too.
