So what are the benefits of aerobic exercise? Why bother?
It’s hard and sweaty and takes time out of our busy schedule and away from our families and personal time!
I’ll tell you why to bother.
It actually helps you breathe better by strengthening your diaphragm.
It enlarges your heart to improve the ol’ pumping efficiency.
It strengthens the muscles throughout your body.
It improves circulation and reduces blood pressure.
It increases the total number of red blood cells in your body.
It reduces stress and depression and it reduces the risk for diabetes!
Also as a result of aerobic exercise, the benefits include reduction of cardiovascular problems.
In other words...
...It will make your heart happy with you (not to mention making you feel and look FANTASTIC!
The real question is why would we avoid hitting the gym or going for that afternoon walk?
You owe it to yourself! Don't put it off one more day. Take a baby step (Don't try and do it all at once):
Just whatever you do, do it NOW before you find another reason to put it off!
