Have you ever climbed up a flight of stairs and found yourself short of breath? (It wasn't all that long ago that I would have avoided stairs whenever possible!)

Have you found yourself wishing you could go outside and kick the soccer ball around with your kids, but knew you wouldn’t last 10 seconds? That’s why we need fit cardio systems.

It’s cool to be able to run for an hour on the treadmill, but we want to be fit where the rubber meets the road. We need our bodies to perform for us when we need it.

The nuts and bolts definition of cardiovascular exercise is exercise whereby your lungs can process oxygen, creating oxygen rich blood to supply your heart and muscles with the fuel they need.
