Diet Supplement Reviews
I have often wished I could have read honest diet supplement reviews before having gone in and shelling out good money for fitness products I just wasn't happy with. (Of course, I always wish that after spending the money.)
My purpose for writing these diet supplement reviews is so that I do not have to be the only person to learn from my mistakes. Hopefully this will help you to decide (in the event you are in the market for protein bars, or other fitness associated products) on some to consider, and others you may want to avoid.
Have you ever gone into your local health food store and been overwhelmed by the variety of protein bars and supplements? I know I have been astounded by the selection.
I have tried many types of shakes, bars, and pills to try and boost my workout and weight loss safely and effectively. The main thing is to try small quantities until you find something you like.
Often times, they sell the ultra-mega-large size at a good discount and I have fallen prey to the advertising techniques and gone for it. Then you get home realize you don’t even care for the taste or texture of the product.
I will be discussing a whide variety of products, but ultimately I am not trying to get you into a store to buy supplements, shakes, or bars. I merely want to share my experiences, and perhaps spare you the trouble of unneeded "trial-and-error".
The following pages list the goodies I have tried with some advice on how to use them, and what I would purchase again, or avoid in the future.

*****Side Note*****
The main lesson I have learned is that a
healthy, balanced diet - full of nutritious
foods - will satisfy you and help you
feel full (as well as lose weight!).
*****Side Note*****
The thing is, we don’t live in a society where making those healthy snacks is always convenient.
I like the ability to rip open a protein bar to recover from my workout without waiting for the 20 minute drive to get home. (A good time to eat a recovery food is within 30 minutes of working out.)
Always practice balance. These products are not intended to replace the good "real" food your body needs.
Always check with your doctor before beginning a nutrition plan and take those daily vitamins. Your body will repay you for how you take care of it, for better or for worse. It's the only body you get, so make the best of it.
Happy eating Fitness Woman!
