This fitness vlog will help motivate you on your weight loss journey.



With the weather getting cooler, it’s time to bring out those comforting warm drinks that you can have in a hot mug and curl up on the couch and sip. Our weight loss tip is sugar free hot spiced cider. It feels like you’re cheating on your healthy eating plan, but without the calorie impact on your diet.

Our Weekly challenge is to write down everything you eat and track your calories. It is important that you eat. Food is your friend. Make sure you fuel your body. Good calories in, good results. Bad calories in… well, you get the picture!

Try to take your upper body strength to the next level with our October Push Up Challenge! So far, I am at about 12. Challenge yourself!

Our super food of the week is cinnamon. It is a natural LDL cholesterol fighter. It also helps with yeast infections that might be resistant to antifungals. All the studies I have read on cinnamon are with test subjects eating it with honey or eating it some other way.
