Get out there and move!
Walking 2 miles on a nice Scenic drive helped me lose my first 30 pounds! So, we have a 2 mile challenge. Look for improvement by writing down where you started. Check out your high school track, or find a nice walking path. Log your progress. I am going to try and amp up my routine and jog this challenge.
These monthly and weekly challenges are to build more discipline into our lives, step by step. Check out past challenges.
Plan your physical activity. Take advantage of times where you can burn a few extra calories. For example, people like to park close to their shopping center and even at the gym! Try and park far away. Every little bit counts!
