Free Diet Meal Plans
These free diet meal plans are designed to help you in your journey to become a fitness woman in your busy life. Many times I eat unhealthy foods because I am rushed and haven’t planned ahead.
When I make a quick menu for the week, I can shop more effectively and save a lot of time (and tons of money!).
When I don’t plan ahead, meals creep up on me. It is then that temptation to eat fast food or run to the store and grab a quick and easy meal over takes me. These unplanned meals are usually the most unhealthy option and can lead to poor choices.
Too many poor choices and we have a bad habit forming.
When you plan your menu, you are in control of what you eat.
Just make a plan. Any plan to start things off
is better than no plan at all.
Take a little time to think about what your calorie goals are.
Do you want to lose weight?
Are you maintaining a healthy weight?
Think of foods that are good for your digestive system. You may love spaghetti, but get terrible indigestion from eating it.
You can make that a dish you rarely use.
Use dishes you can serve your family with pride, knowing that you are placing a well balanced, healthy meal before them.

If you need to substitute anything like; lactose intolerance, different tastes or diabetic needs, that’s fine. Just try to get the caloric intake about the same as the item you are changing.
