This free workout routine karate knee is just perfect for beginning steppers.
We start out with a very simple breakdown, then add complexity and intensity. As always, you can keep the simpler version and leave out the trickier moves until you are ready to add them in.
Please remember, especially in the summer, we need to hydrate before, during and after our workouts.
We are experiencing record droughts here in the desert southwest. I hope my faithful readers are more fortunate, but don't neglect hydration! Our bodies rely on water for the most minute cellular changes.
