I am just a regular mother of three who went from a size 18 to a size 8. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!

You are here to become more fit and healthy. Congratulations! You are in the right place.

  • I was a mom with three very small children.
  • I was uncomfortably close to outgrowing my size 18 pants.
  • I had no idea where to start my quest to lose weight.
  • I was DEFINITELY NOT a Fitness Woman.
  • Now I am wearing size 8s …and still shrinking!

Now, I am a certified fitness instructor, dedicated to reading and learning all I can so I can pass this life change on to YOU.

I look back at the changes that have lead me to becoming a Fitness Woman and I am honestly amazed. Not because I am so awesome (I am no more special than you), but that REAL CHANGE can be reached by the normal, the ordinary, and in my case... the fat.

Again, IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN DO IT!!!

I will share my experiences with you, so you will know that it is not always easy, but it is ALWAYS worth it!

Besides, you have already done the hardest "First Step". That first step is to be able to find out how to get started, and now you are HERE, so you just have to keep on stepping.
