Here is your New Years Diet Plan for January.Fitness Woman’s Musings: I have been sitting and thinking as this year comes to a close. We try so hard to fit so many things into our day, and often we lay our heads on our pillow as we drift off to sleep counting all the un-done things that are left for us to tackle tomorrow. How do we fit fitness into our full lives? As a Fitness Woman, I know it isn’t easy. Life is really full of so many things you cannot control. The weather, dishonest politicians, the drama at the workplace, and the unexpected car repair are just a few of the daily things we run up against that we simply have no control over. So what do we have control over? Ourselves! You have the power within your grasp to become more fit, better looking and more content with life. The more fit you become, the more you can do. Regular exercise and a good, healthy diet can ward off so many woes of the body and mind. You will live your life a little fuller, and a little brighter. My goal throughout 2012 is to give you a path to follow that I have followed. It is tried and true and many Fitness Women have experienced true life changes from it. The first step on this path is to write down everything you eat. That is all. I am not asking you to change anything you eat yet. Keep a little notebook or your lap top with you and jot down everything you consume. This is one key that you will use on the rest of your journey to fitness. I wish you happiness and success in this beautiful New Year as you become the Fitness Woman you were meant to be!
