Nutrition and Physical Fitness
Nutrition and physical fitness are so inter-related as to be inseparable one from the other. They are like the heads and tails of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other being present. The problem is that while they are intermingled so closely that one cannot truly tell where one stops and the other begins, we as a culture have decided they are two different critters. It is like there is this great gulf fixed between them, and we have to decide if we are going to be healthy because we eat right? Or we are going to be healthy because we exercise?
