I did this step aerobics moves knee, side, ham repeater for my very new students who might not be familiar with some of the variations that are available for the three-knee-repeater. Adding some variety to your step routine can keep it fresh and exciting.

If you encounter any moves in step class that you are not comfortable with, just remember to keep moving with a march or a basic step. You will get the moves down, but it might help to just watch for a few times.

Take your time getting to know the routine, and it will get easier and easier to grasp the more complex moves. Happy Stepping!
