Step Aerobics Moves Lunge

Enjoy this short instructional video on step aerobics moves lunge.

These little instructionals are a simple break down of trickier steps, so when you go to your group aerobics class, you feel prepared!

This move can be substituted with 2 regular basic steps. The next level is to stand on top of your bench and lunge to the back.

A more advanced challenge is to give some direction to the step and lunge off either side.

Make sure you have pleanty of water before you begin your workout. Post workout, a good rule of thumb is to drink up all that liquid you lost during your workout. If you lost a pound due to sweat, then drink sixteen ounces of water.

Set you sights on enjoying you time at the gym, or wherever you might choose to workout. This is your time to focus on you, so that you can give your attention more fully to those who count on you the rest of the day.
