Before your Dig, begin with a V-step or a Basic.
These are always your option.
When you are ready to dig, remember to keep your back leg soft. Please don’t lock your knees.
The back leg is just a support and doesn’t come up much. It stays close to the ground.
You can use this as a little glute squeeze to really maximize this move and get as much benefit from it as possible.
Any time you use your arms, you add calorie expenditure and can receive benefit from this movement as well.
