Oct 3-9: I, your Fitness Woman, start my vlogging journey with a

Follow along as I discuss losing weight, feeling great, eating healthy, and working out.

Oct 10-16: Here I continue the October Push-Up Challenge, move the Weekly Challenge into actually counting Calories, and discuss the health benefits of cinnamon (as a superfood).

Oct 17-23: Continue to work on those pushups! We have a new superfood which is oatmeal. We have a great weekly challenge. Are you up for it?

Oct 31-Nov 6: New Challenge for November! Move It! Whole grains are our week's challenge and we have a new superfood: Almonds!

Nov 7 - 13: How are you doing on the November Challenge? I hope you are getting out there and moving. Our super food is Blueberries. Are you up for the weekly challenge? Let me know!

Nov 14 - 20: Tis the season to stay vigilant about your fitness! Just because we are right in the middle of the holiday festivities, does not mean we should throw away everything we have worked for all year. Take advantage of the holiday season, with its wonderful menu options, but just be smart about it. Come and see how easy maintaining your weight during the holidays can be!

Dec 5 - 11: I think my main point in this entry is simply to ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS! Of course, that does not mean to just throw caution to the wind and do whatever feels good. We still have a goal for the week and the month, so come check it out!
