Ignore your scale and use your clothes as a guide.

Count the calories you consume. You need good fuel to get great performance out of your car, and the same goes for your body.



The challenge for the month of November is two miles of movement. You can run, walk, hop or jog your two miles.

We are going to figure out our target heart rate zone for this week. Make sure you have a good idea of where you want your heart rate to be when you are working out. If it’s too intense, you will be able to back off a bit, and if it is too low, you can amp up your workout.
