Enjoy my Youtube vlog. It's all about challenges and superfoods. The diet tip for the week is a book called, "Eat, Drink and be Healthy." It is a very inspiring book. Some of the superfoods come out of this book.

The superfood for the week is blueberries...
The darker they are, the richer the antioxidants. They have good cholesterol and TONS of other benefits.
Check out the archive tabs to see other great superfoods and challenges. Try to work more whole grains into your diet. It might take some adjustments to work them in (since they do have a very different taste and texture), but you will be glad you did!
The monthly challenge is "2 Miles". Run, hop, walk or jog them, but get them in. Enjoy this little video and let me know if there is anything you would like me to cover in my next one!
